Parsley is a slightly peppery, fresh-flavored herb more commonly used as a flavoring and garnish. Though there are more than 30 varieties of this herb, the most popular are curly-leaf parsley and Italian parsley.

CARE & HANDLING

Storage: Rinse Curly Parsley under cold water and let dry. Wrap in a damp paper towel and place in plastic storage bag in the refrigerator. Italian Parsley should be stored in an air-tight zipper bag in the refrigerator.
Preparation: Remove stems from parsley and rinse before use. Can be prepared in a variety of ways from chopping and tearing to mincing and blending.
